For replacement requests, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the package from the beginning, including the sealed parcel, opening of the package, and the product received.

Please make sure:

The unboxing video is continuous and unedited.
The parcel and shipping label are clearly visible.
The product and the issue are clearly shown.
The request is submitted within the applicable replacement period.

Important: Replacement requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
